Chamila Peagram

Recruitment Director

Chamila Peagram BSc MBA is a Sri Lankan university lecturer and counsellor who did her MBA in England. She has experience of using an agent to come from Sri Lanka to the UK as a student, of the challenges of studying undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK whilst working to fund it, and of counselling students, plus she can see the issues from the other angle having worked for a Sri Lankan university teaching psychology.

Chamila's network of lecturers and alumni in Sri Lanka, looking for their next career move internationally, circumvents normal marketing channels.

With her own MBA and background as a lecturer, convincing her that one is a good prospect as a student is no mean feat. However this rigour means a three-way win for institutions, students and You Imagine.
